I can't believe that Andrew is getting so close to being a year old already! He broke a third tooth this month. It was the top left, and I'm a bit worried because that other top tooth shows no signs of breaking through! Not gonna be a cute look for the little guy! He is
cruising like a pro and standing independently for longer periods. My prediction is that he will start walking a little after his birthday. Hard to believe that Isabella was walking at 10 1/2 months. I can't imagine the chaos he will bring once he starts walking! He does the turbo crawl when he has something he knows I am going to take away, and once he starts walking I'll have to pick up the pace to keep up with him!

He has been trying so hard to clap his hands, too. Grammy plays a clapping game with him that he thinks is just the best thing ever. But he hasn't quite mastered it yet. He just claps his hands together once, really hard, and then with his little hands in a clasp, moves them up and down from his mouth to his belly. He tries so hard and its so darn cute! He still says Dada pretty well and Mama only when he is crying.

Andrew thinks he is
soooo big and just wants to eat table food now- which I will totally take. It's less planning and more calories, and we are in need of a growth spurt for that head of his! Isabella loves watching him when he tries new food- he gives a good
squinty face :) He pretty much just wants whatever everyone else is having.

(There is just something about this monkey!)
And we recently when to the neurosurgeon for a 3 month check up with his helmet. Since he gets measured every three weeks, I knew exactly what she was going to say. He is improving in one of the areas, but not the other :( So she suggested that since we have put this much time and effort into it, we should just see it out until he can't wear it anymore. It was a bummer, but I know she is right. So, we will see her again right before his birthday, and hopefully we will get some good news.
Just look at my poor baby and his sweaty little head!

And he had his first little bleeding accident this month too :( It actually happened seconds after I took this picture. He got up on his knees and feel forward with the cup in his mouth and I guess one of those sharp bottom teeth just got his lip a little too good :( I had a good amount of blood on my shirt; poor little guy!
