I took Andrew in for his 4 month check up yesterday. Here are his stats:weight: 13lbs 8oz - 15%
height: 25'' - 45%
I was so excited that he MORE than doubled his birth weight in 4 months (even though he is still in that 15%). Everyone has been telling me that he is starting to really thicken up :) The doctor said that even though he is small, he sure is strong. And he really has been starting to show off his strength this past week or so. And some of you know that I've been worried about his head being flat but the doctor said that it was probably worse in my head because I really study it. It does have some flatness to it, but we are going to keep working on positioning him just so when he sleeps to keep him off of that side. So in a month or so we will reevaluate it and decide from there if we want to go see a specialist. I'm just glad that it is purely a cosmetic issue and nothing more serious. So hopefully over the next few weeks it will get a little bit better.
But overall the appointment went very well. Andrew was precious as ever showing off his wide smile to everyone :) He got 3 shots and an oral vaccine. I'm so glad that Joe was able to sit with Izzie in the waiting room so that she wouldn't have to witness the shots. He obviously screamed his head off once he got stuck and I know she would have freaked out! We don't need her associating the doctor with shots every time!

Way to gain some weight Andrew, you look great! And it looks like he is going to be into fashion just like his stylish older sister, with that fedora on!
